Elaia Luxury Suites, perhaps one of the most sophisticated accommodation facilities in Athens in terms of structure and aesthetics, contacted us for the redesign of their website. The old website did not present the accommodation in the right way for the user to be able to book directly. There were serious omissions in the structure and graphic design, and a lack of an easy and user-friendly booking engine. A major problem we encountered was the complete absence of the website from search engines. Finally, managing the website was difficult and time-consuming.
Solution
The creation of the website was based on the colours and shades of the logo. The website has several call-to-action buttons in specific spots to make it as interactive with users as possible. A booking engine was installed with calendar synchronization with all the Booking Platforms (booking.com, Airbnb, HomeAway, etc.). Finally, the website was created according to the latest trends and the way users search for accommodation. Directly, quickly and easily.

The strategy we initially followed was to create a new website on a platform that would be easy and user-friendly. We chose to build the website in WordPress. A platform with infinite possibilities for future upgrades/modifications, search engine friendly and responsive to mobile devices. The booking engine we chose is easy to use and allows the user to connect to any Greek bank, pay in advance or in full, etc.

For immediate results, we started with Facebook and Instagram management and campaigns, with a different strategy each month.
Result
In about six months we managed to increase website visits by 46% compared to the previous year and direct requests/reservations by 21%.
