The White & Grey Company, which owns one of the best accommodation facilities in Mykonos, contacted us to address the problems that had arisen with their website. There had been a severe glitch in the smooth running of the website after it had been attacked by malware, something that its server had previously been unable to detect and combat. Furthermore, the website lacked the appropriate content and audiovisual material to match the high aesthetics of the company’s accommodation. This resulted in the creation of false impressions about the quality of the accommodation. Finally, inappropriate content from advertisements on non-relevant websites when potential customers visited the website was a significant barrier to increasing its customer base. As a consequence, the company lost, to a large extent, its credibility, while at the same time no bookings were being made through the website.

Our strategy started with the creation of a new website on our own secure servers. All content and audiovisual material was then scanned and all necessary actions were taken to remove any malware. Proceeding with the appropriate actions on our part, we created a new, different content that had as its primary objective to reflect the true aesthetic and luxury image of the accommodation and to ensure the comprehensive presentation of White and Grey’s services and vision.

In collaboration with a sketch artist we created animated graphics based on the style of the accommodation, while we also used eye-catching mini videos that were placed on the homepage.

In less than a year, we managed to increase the number of visits to the website by 67% and direct requests by 15%, increasing profits and giving prestige to the company.
